These terms apply to QR Code Automator, a Shopify app provided by AboveTheFold.dev. Installing or using the app means you agree to them. If you do not agree, uninstall the app.
The app lets a Shopify merchant create, store, and download QR codes that point at a destination the merchant chooses. Features depend on the plan. We may change, add, or remove features.
You need a Shopify store to use the app. Your use of Shopify is governed by Shopify’s terms. You are responsible for the destinations you attach to a code and for the content on those pages.
Paid plans are billed by Shopify in USD. The price shown in the app and on the Shopify App Store listing is the price that applies. You can change or cancel a plan from your Shopify admin. Charges already processed by Shopify are handled under Shopify’s billing terms.
You agree not to:
The app, its name, and its interface belong to AboveTheFold.dev. You keep ownership of your store content and of the destinations you configure. You grant us permission to host the code data you create for as long as we need it to provide the app.
We work to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, AboveTheFold.dev is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost sales arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
You may uninstall the app at any time. We may suspend access if you misuse the app or if Shopify terminates the installation.
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. The courts of Athens, Greece, have jurisdiction, without limiting any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
