Cardstock: Habit Cards

Support

How does a card work?

Each card is one habit and a 7×7 grid of 49 days. On a day you do the habit, draw an X in that day’s box. When all 49 days have passed, the card is complete and moves to your Shoebox.

I forgot to mark yesterday. Can I still do it?

Yes. You can mark today and yesterday. Once a day is more than one day old, it locks.

Why did a day get an O?

A day that locks without an X gets an O. Cardstock never resets your card or erases your progress. The O is an honest record, and the X’s you earned stay.

Can I tap instead of drawing the X?

Yes. Open Settings (the gear on the Today screen) and choose Tap to mark under Marking.

Why can’t I have more than three cards?

Focus is the method. The free version runs one active card. The Deck allows up to three, and three is the maximum on every plan.

How do I restore a purchase?

Tap Restore purchases on The Deck screen or in Settings. Use the same Apple ID you bought with.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Cardstock. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge.

What happens to my cards if my subscription ends?

Nothing is deleted. Active cards beyond the free allowance are paused. A paused card doesn’t collect O’s, and it picks up at the same day when you have The Deck again.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

My cards aren’t on my other device

Cards sync through your private iCloud account. Make sure both devices are signed into the same Apple Account and that iCloud is on for Cardstock under Settings → your name → iCloud. Syncing can take a few minutes.

How do I add the widget?

Touch and hold an empty area of your Home Screen, tap Edit → Add Widget, and search for Cardstock.
