Open More → Becoming+ → Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought with. If it still doesn’t unlock, email us with the order ID from your Apple receipt.
Apple manages subscriptions. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or go to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews. If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged.
Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
No. Becoming has no accounts and no server. Everything you write stays on your iPhone. The Privacy Policy has the details.
Your data moves with your iPhone backup. Set up the new iPhone with Quick Start, or restore it from an iCloud or computer backup of the old one. Becoming does not sync between devices, so it won’t show the same data on two iPhones at once. Becoming+ works on any iPhone with the same Apple Account after you tap Restore purchases.
Before you switch, it’s worth keeping a copy: Settings → Data & privacy → Export all data (JSON). Becoming can’t import that file yet, but it is a readable record of everything you wrote.
Settings → Data & privacy lets you export everything as a JSON file, or your weekly reviews as plain text. Delete all data on the same screen erases everything in the app on that iPhone. We can’t recover deleted data, because we never had a copy.
Yes. Settings → Data & privacy → Remove sample data removes only the samples and keeps what you added.
Reminders are off until you turn them on in Settings → Reminders. If iOS notifications are off for Becoming, the app tells you. Turn them back on in the iPhone’s Settings → Notifications → Becoming. Reminders that fall in your quiet hours move to the end of the quiet period.
Turn it on in Settings → Profile & app lock. Becoming then asks for Face ID when you open it. If Face ID doesn’t work, you can use your iPhone passcode.
Progress comes from a measurement (start, current and target values), from milestones, or from your own estimate. A goal with none of these shows “not tracked,” so it doesn’t pull your overall progress down. Add a target or a few milestones to start tracking it.
No. A missed day never erases your history. You can also go back to earlier days in the daily checklist and fill them in.
